CWA members across the country attend rallies demanding Verizon "tear down the wall" between union workers and non-union workers at Verizon Business
Verizon members all across the country are proudly displaying American flags at work to show their outrage against management’s decision to prevent Verizon Business techs from displaying the flag outside of their cubicles. The company says they could be considered to be pro-union propaganda. The controversy erupted last fall when Verizon removed an American flag that a technician, Terry Skiest, had been presented for his service in Afghanistan. The company removed the flag from the outside of his cubicle the day after the tech returned to serve his third tour in Afghanistan.
